They are very good at their jobs. I had to have a specialty van because of my husband's disability and they went out of their way to get me one. I have dealt with this Honda Dealership for a number of years and have always been happy, not only with their sales team. but with their service personnel. They get things done and do whatever to accommodate their customer.

Always have Honda service my Elements since I bought it brand new in 2003. I have never had any problems with my vehicle other than one brake pad replaced and new tires in all those years. I take it in every 6 months for servicing and have always been happy with the results. The staff is friendly and professional and the mechanics keep my vehicle in good working order. Thank you for your excellent service...

I just have to write a comment about the good people at Campbell River Honda.The friendly staff is just the beginning when you walk in the door. The service department is just great. They always explain the repairs needed in a way that I can understand. Once the service is completed, they go the through the service statement with me and make sure that I know in detail what is on the statement and reasons why the service was performed. I do not live in Campbell River, and drive the forty miles to have them do the work on my car. Even with the high cost of gas today, it is still worth the drive to know these are people I can trust with the work. Three cheers to the Campbell River Honda staff !! Thank you to you all.Ken K.

We love our new 2018 Honda CRV-LX. My husband and I have been loyal Honda owners since 1978 when I purchased a Honda Civic hatchback. Since that time we’ve only owned Honda’s. Our last CRV, a 2005, served us so well that when the time came for a new vehicle, there was no shopping around. We knew we wanted another! Kerry Lewis at Campbell River Honda made it happen and was super thorough in reviewing the features and benefits of the 2018 CRV(by the way, the 2018 is Motor Trends SUV of the year!).We know we will be in good hands with the Service Department at CR Honda as well. I am very happy with my new 2018 Honda CR-V, as I knew I would be. While the vehicle sells itself, I was very appreciative of salesman, Brandon Viskovich, who worked diligently with me to secure the lease. Brandon listened attentively and worked hard to ensure all my preferences were met. Jastin Dhaliwhal in Finance was also very professional and personable. A few weeks ago, I received a notice from Honda Canada that there was an issue with my ‘16 Pilot; something to do with the AT fluid warmer I believe.CR Honda had my vehicle in ASAP to do an inspection, and then again soon after that to do the permanent fix. It was all taken care of by CR Honda’s wonderful service team. No fuss and no muss. When the vehicle was ready for me to pick-up, I was not able to do so until after the service department had gone home for the day. The awesome people at CR Honda were still able to accommodate me though!I’ve been a Honda customer since I purchased my 1992 Accord, and a CR Honda customer for over 23 of those years. I love my Honda, and the crew at CR Honda never cease to impress and amaze me.

We have been Honda owners for 22 years and the bar was set high for exceptional customer service when we moved to the island. Campbell River Honda was able to meet our expectations so much that even moving down island close to Nanaimo we chose to have our servicing done at Campbell River. Great service team!

The current Service Team is going the extra mile and it's appreciated and because of that, I have returned as a service customer. The only suggestions I would make at this time would be, #1 change your service email contact from ' Ben ' to ' Tim ' - Ben has been gone for about 2 years; and it should be a daily given to have seat covers/floor cover put into customer's vehicles when the mechanic gets in to bring the vehicle into the bay for service. No one wants the possibility of dirt/grease on their seats and it should be the first step of being considerate to the vehicle owner. The Service Manager, did bring my Ridgeline/Touring into the bay for me the other day and explained the seat plastic protection ' was ordered '. I hope so. It's been two months since I was in last and they didn't have them then. Having worked in a major dealership's service lane in the past, placing this protection in the vehicle from the start, just shows they care about your vehicle, your investment.
