A fellow named Rex Kaiwi became the new manager at Honda approximately one year ago. I have had a few bad experiences over the years at Campbell River Honda, and did not take my car there for servicing. I recently had a bad experience there again, and was approached by Rex and he was not aware of that. He came to me and righted a big wrong and I was very impressed with this young man. I have recently taken my car back to Honda for servicing thanks to Rex. I have nothing but good things to say about the turnaround at Campbell River Honda and hopefully everyone else will restore their faith in them. You won’t be disappointed.
