I cannot recommend the associates at CR Honda enough! After a previously horrible experience with a member who is no longer there, I decided to give Rex a call to see if there was something that could be done with my situation. He happily accepted the challenge and kept me up to date for the duration of the process. The entire experience was a breeze and I am so grateful for all he did to get me back into a Volkswagen. Big thanks to Mitch as well for reaching out in the first place and in turn getting this ball rolling in the right direction! Not only did they go above and beyond but they also ensured I was in a safe vehicle during the snow storm while we waited for my VW to be ready. I cannot thank these two enough for all the extra effort that was put forth to make this happen. All in all I highly recommend considering CR Honda for your next vehicle purchase.
